Our Story

In 2014, Maître Patissier, Chocolatier and Wine Connoisseur Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie founded Cuvee Chocolate from their kitchen base, right at the fringe of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

When done right, it can be a sensory experience like no other. Whilst the Romans referred to wine as the “drink of the gods”, to the Aztecs cacao was no lesser. So, there should be little surprise the two work so well in harmony.

#9Mum’s Log Cake

Family gatherings sure wouldn’t have been the same at the McGrath’s without my mum’s famous Log Cake. There was never a crumb left on the platter and we never tire of it. To this day it continues to bring me joy when I make it.
